1. Acceptance

By using VozCaster you accept these terms. The service is operated by IndustriasI S.L. (Tax ID B91726463) under the Potencia Pro brand. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service description

VozCaster lets you publish podcast episodes to your own WordPress site from voice notes sent to a Telegram bot, including audio processing and, optionally, AI-assisted transcription and content generation.

3. Service plans

VozCaster offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Studio):

• The free plan is open to anyone with a compatible WordPress site; no invitation or card required.
• The Pro and Studio plans add the AI features (automatic transcription, content generation and featured image generation), with a monthly episode limit depending on the plan.
• Features may change, be added or removed. Substantial changes affecting paid plans will be communicated with reasonable notice.
• Access may be suspended in case of abusive use, as described under "Acceptable use".

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use VozCaster only to publish content you have the necessary rights to and that complies with applicable law. You may not use the service to distribute illegal or defamatory content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that violates the rules of the platforms involved (Telegram, WordPress, podcast platforms).

We reserve the right to suspend access for any user who makes abusive use of the service, including resource consumption that is clearly disproportionate to the intended normal use.

5. Your content

The content you publish (audio, text, images) is yours and is stored on your own WordPress site. VozCaster acts only as a processing and publishing tool and claims no rights over your content.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are purchased and managed through Potencia Pro, which processes payments via the Stripe gateway. The specific pricing, billing and cancellation conditions are detailed on the pricing page and during the checkout process.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, IndustriasI S.L. shall not be liable for data loss, service interruptions or indirect damages arising from the use of VozCaster. We recommend keeping backups of your WordPress site.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms to reflect changes in the service or in applicable law. Any changes will be published on this page with their update date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction according to applicable consumer regulations.
