1. Data controller

The data controller is IndustriasI S.L. (Tax ID B91726463), with registered office at Ciudad del Conocimiento, Calle Miguel Manaute Humanes s/n, Floor 1, Office 8, 41704 Dos Hermanas (Seville, Spain), operating under the Potencia Pro brand. Contact: info@potencia.pro.

2. What VozCaster is

VozCaster is a service that publishes podcast episodes to a WordPress site from voice notes sent through a Telegram bot. The service consists of a Telegram bot, an audio processing server, and a WordPress plugin (Connector for VozCaster) that the user installs on their own site.

3. Data we process

• Telegram identifier: your numeric Telegram user ID, used to associate your account with the WordPress sites you connect.
• Audio you send: the voice notes or audio files you send to the bot, processed temporarily.
• WordPress connection data: your site URL and an access token that your own WordPress generates, stored encrypted by the bot. Your WordPress password is never transmitted or stored.
• Email address: only if you write to us requesting access or support.

4. How we handle your audio

The audio you send is downloaded temporarily to a private server located in Spain for processing (transcription, noise reduction, intro/outro mixing and format conversion). Transcription uses a Whisper model running locally and content generation a language model running locally. Your audio is not sent to third-party AI services unless the service is explicitly configured to do so.

Temporary audio files are deleted automatically once the episode is published or cancelled. The final episode (audio, image, transcript and content) is stored exclusively on your own WordPress site.

5. Third parties involved

• Telegram: the messages and files you send to the bot pass through Telegram's infrastructure. See the Telegram Privacy Policy.
• Your WordPress site: all episode data is stored on your own WordPress installation, under your control.
• Payment gateway (when applicable): subscription payments are processed through Potencia Pro via the Stripe gateway. VozCaster does not store card data.

6. Legal basis and purpose

We process your data to provide the service you request (performance of a contract) and to respond to your enquiries (legitimate interest). We do not use your data for advertising purposes nor sell it to third parties.

7. Retention

Temporary audio is deleted after each publication. Connection data (Telegram ID, URL and encrypted token) is kept while you keep your account connected to the service. You can request its deletion at any time.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@potencia.pro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service. Any changes will be published on this page with their update date.
