User manual
VozCaster turns your Telegram voice notes into podcast episodes published to your WordPress with PowerPress. No editing, no manual uploads, no opening the WordPress dashboard.
Available tiers
VozCaster is currently in open beta. During the beta, all features (including AI transcription and content generation) are available to connected sites at no cost.
When the system leaves beta, advanced features will become part of a paid plan. Sites already using them will not lose access to what they already had available.
Requirements
- WordPress with the PowerPress plugin installed and active.
- The Connector for VozCaster plugin installed and active on your WordPress.
- A WordPress user authorised by the site administrator in the plugin settings. Any role works as long as it is marked as authorised.
- A Telegram account (on any device).
Step 1 โ Connect your WordPress
The first time you use the bot you must link your WordPress site.
- Type
/conectarin the bot. - Enter the full URL of your WordPress (e.g.
https://yourpodcast.com). - The bot checks that the plugin is installed.
- Enter your WordPress username and confirm your identity by logging in.
- If your WordPress hosts several podcasts, the bot will ask you to choose the active one.
- Done! The bot confirms the connection and you can start publishing.
/menu. If one WordPress hosts several podcasts, switch between them with /feed.Step 2 โ Send the audio
Send the bot a voice note recorded in Telegram or an audio file (MP3, M4A, OGG, WAV). The bot downloads it, processes it (intro/outro, silence trimming, normalisation) and, with AI features active, transcribes it with Whisper and proposes a title, excerpt and post content.
Step 3 โ Adjust the episode
From the bot panel you can adjust the episode before publishing. Each change regenerates the audio in the background.
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| โ๏ธ Title | Edit the suggested title or write your own. |
| ๐ผ๏ธ Image | Add a featured image (manual upload or AI-generated). |
| โ๏ธ Trim silences | Removes long pauses from the audio. |
| ๐ Reduce noise | Cleans background noise from the recording. |
| โก Speed | Adjusts playback speed. |
| ๐ต Intro/Outro | Mixes your header and closing with the audio. |
| ๐ Generate content | Creates title, excerpt and content from the transcript. |
Step 4 โ Publish
When everything is to your liking, choose how to go live:
- ๐ Send to draft: the episode is created as a draft for you to review before it goes live.
- ๐ Publish: the episode is published directly and becomes visible on your podcast.
In both cases the bot uploads the audio to your media library, uploads the featured image if you added one, creates the episode in PowerPress and returns the URL.

Frequently asked questions
Is my audio stored on an external server?
Processing and transcription run on a private server located in Spain. Temporary files are deleted automatically after publishing or cancelling. The final episode is stored only in your own WordPress media library.
Is my audio sent to third-party AI services?
No. Transcription uses a local Whisper model and content generation a local model. Your audio does not leave the processing server unless an optional external service is explicitly configured.
What audio formats does the bot accept?
Telegram voice notes and audio files in MP3, M4A, OGG and WAV. The episode is always published as MP3 at 192 kbps, normalised to EBU R128.
Can I connect more than one WordPress?
Yes. Use /conectar to add each site and /menu to switch between them. If one WordPress hosts several podcasts, switch between them with /feed.
Something isn't working?
Use /verificar inside the bot for an automatic diagnosis. If the problem persists, email info@potencia.pro with the diagnosis result.
